You were central to our decision to buy at Battery Park. First of all, you introduced us to Battery Park we had never heard of it or seen it and we lived only a mile away! Secondly, although you showed enthusiasm for all the properties you showed us, you showed a particular enthusiasm for Batter Park. It was hard not to get excited about it when we saw how much you thought of the project. Thirdly, you helped us to better understand our buying power. As first time home buyers, we were unsure of what we could afford and were even a bit scared to take the big leap into home ownership.
